HR Business Partner

• Business Partner -- Work closely with GM / Strategic Manager to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of business and career paths.
• Recruitment -- Handle in recruitment task end to end process and create the workflow & process recruitment.
• Work on manpower planning, and monthly headcount and maintain the up-to-date organization chart and job roles of each business unit.
• Create the evaluation staff etc. Probation, Performance (KPIs) flow and criteria with management team.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain Talent Management Programs, Career Development Guidelines, Competency, and Succession Management Framework. 
• Synthesize HR vision based on the organization’s plans. 
• Integrate HR transformation to digital project that align with the company’s direction to achieve strategic.
• Other -- Initiatives to improve employees wellness and guideline for solutions with HRBP Team.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • A minimum 10-15 years HRBP experiences in HR all function experience in the same business.
  • Strong knowledge of modern HR knowledge & integration especially labor law and Act or law-related HR functions. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to apply knowledge and skills in various situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Thai and English.
