Strategic Training Manager (Commercial)

บทบาทหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
  • Designing and executing the local training curriculum and developing training in line with division and knowledge come to deal with problems.
  • Day to day delivery of training in line with Field Service Operation, Field Service Technician, and service strategies and localize content appropriately, validate translated materials where necessary and adapt programs to meet local needs.
  • Designing training strategy, planning and implementing training, in order to support the business objective according to training road map and individual development plan.
  • Handling training for existing field service forces, new field service technician hires and coordinate with Strategic Manager, Service Operation Manager & HRBP to ensure effectively activities aligned with the business objectives during o-boarding activities.
  • Evaluating and providing the standard measurement for field service technician forces person.
  • Ensure effective delivery standards with measurement, evaluation and communication of training outcomes to the business and follow up programs.
  • Actively tracking progression and monitoring the effectiveness of existing training, evaluating projected new curricula and programs to determine overall effectiveness.
  • Leading and collaborating with Strategic Manager, Service Operation Manager & HRBP to achieve business needs.
  • Understanding the digital tools and technology related to training programs.
คุณสมบัติตำแหน่งงาน
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HROD, HRD, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5-7 years of experiences as Training Development, Learning Development field.
  • At least 3 years of experiences in Supervisory level.
  • Experienced in training is preferable.
  • Experienced in weak point to developing is content, curriculum and instructor is preferable.
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Excellence in communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Familiar in digital tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently with lots of initiative.
