Service capability improvements

Caterpillar Representatives are organizing a
seminar on service capability improvements
to improve services rendered to customers
to ensure customer satisfaction. 15 initiatives
have been developed and presented to Chairman
Thongsai , who agrees in principle to proceed
with those initiatives at the budget of some
Bt40 million.
